Needle-free contouring with Sublime on the Candela Matrix: infrared light and bipolar radiofrequency, no needles and no laser.

Sublime Skin Contouring at J Med Spa is a premier, non-invasive treatment for unwanted mild laxity and early softening along the jawline, cheeks, and neck. It is for guests who want warmth and collagen support without needles, resurfacing, or downtime that changes the week.
Sublime combines infrared light with bipolar radiofrequency to warm the dermis. That heat can tighten existing collagen and support new collagen over time. The surface of the skin is not broken.
We use it when a needle treatment is more than you need. It does not replace Matrix Pro for deeper laxity or scars, and it does not replace Sublative for rough, sun-damaged texture. It is not a facelift and it does not remove fat. Individual results vary.
Early laxity often shows in Florida sun before deeper folds do. J Med Spa serves:
Clearwater
Tampa Bay & St. Petersburg
Bradenton & Largo
Surrounding coastal communities
No needles and no laser — a warm, surface-intact treatment
Infrared plus bipolar RF — bulk heating in the dermis, not a resurfacing grid
Little interruption — most people return to the day, including makeup
Used only when it fits — deeper scars, pits, or heavy laxity are directed to another treatment

Common areas:

The Sublime applicator rests on the skin and warms the dermis with infrared light and bipolar radiofrequency. You feel steady heat. There is no pulse that breaks the surface and no needle.
The warmth can cause an early softening as collagen responds, then a slower change as new collagen forms. One comfortable visit is not a surgical lift.
Redness, if any, usually fades within hours. Most people go back to normal activity the same day, including makeup.
Some smoothing can be noticed early. A clearer change often develops over several weeks and may continue for a few months. A short series is common when laxity is the goal. Spacing is set at consultation. Individual results vary.
Use a bland moisturizer and a high-protection, broad-spectrum sunscreen. You may return to your usual skincare the same day unless the skin is pink, in which case wait until it settles.
Avoid a sunburn before the next session.

Sublime is planned individually.

A series, when recommended, can be bundled at consultation. This visit is not combined on this page with Matrix Pro or Sublative.

No. Sublime does not use needles. Matrix Pro does. If you want depth and scar remodeling, use the RF Microneedling page.
No. Sublative is fractional RF for texture. The laser facial is 1064 nm on the GentleMax. Sublime is infrared plus bipolar RF for mild contour, with no downtime of either of those.
It can soften the look of early laxity. It will not reproduce a facelift or remove fat.
Most people describe strong warmth that stays tolerable. There is no numbing in a typical Sublime visit because the skin is not broken.
Little to none. Makeup is usually fine the same day.
A short series is common. The number is set after we see the skin. Results vary.
